"I've been using Sophia for a…"
I've been using Sophia for a bit now, it's been good. The lessons are straightforward and easy to follow, and I really like being able to move through everything at my own pace. A few of the quizzes were a little confusing here and there, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it's been a low-stress way to learn, and I'm happy with it so far

"Good value if you actually use it"
I paid for one month and was able to finish a few courses for way less than what my college would’ve charged. if you’ve got the time to go through the material, it just makes sense. The subscription was worth it for me, and I really don’t have any complaints.

"Pretty quick overall, with a few slow spots"
I got through my Sophia courses in what felt like a short amount of time, which was nice. Some of the lessons were easy to move through, but a few parts slowed me down a bit, mostly because of the touchstones and waiting around for grading. It probably saved me a decent amount of time overall, just not quite as much as I was expecting at first. I’d give it around 3 stars because the pace was good, but it still feels like it could be a little faster.

"Support Was Quick and Helpful"
I had a small issue with my Sophia account. I wasn’t really sure what to do. So I messaged support. They replied much faster than I expected. The answer actually helped too. It didn’t feel like a copy-paste reply. I had to send one more message. They got back to me quickly again. Nothing dramatic. Just really nice when support is simple and doesn’t leave you waiting forever.

"Pretty Smooth Overall"
The proctoring was easy overall. The only thing was the ID check took a little longer than I expected, but after that everything went fine and I passed, so... yeah, not much to complain about

"Still got charged after I canceled"
I canceled my subscription, but somehow I still ended up getting charged anyway. It’s really frustrating because I did what I was supposed to do, and now I’m the one having to deal with the hassle of getting it fixed. Not a great experience.

"Sophia was fairly easy to get…"
Sophia was fairly easy to get around once I spent some time with it, but I definitely felt a little lost at first. I had to click around more than I expected to find lessons and quizzes, and that started to chip away at my trust in the platform a bit. It wasn’t awful or anything, but when things aren’t where you expect them to be, it makes the whole experience feel less reliable. After I got used to it, it was fine, but I do think it could be smoother.

"Easy to Use and Smooth Overall"
I found Sophia.org easy to figure out right away. The lessons were laid out clearly, and I liked being able to move at my own pace without clicking around through a bunch of confusing menus. Little things, like seeing where the quizzes were and checking my progress, were simple and easy to find. I mostly used it on my laptop, and everything loaded fine for me without any major problems. Overall, it was a smooth and straightforward platform to use

"Good courses, helpful instructors"
I used Sophia for a couple of classes, and the instructor feedback was better than I thought it would be. When I had a question, I usually got a clear answer, and it didn’t feel like I was just getting some canned bot response, which was a relief.
I’m taking off one star because the replies were occasionally slower than I wanted, especially when I was stuck on a touchstone and just sitting there waiting. I guess that’s kind of on them, because timing matters when you’re trying to keep momentum, but overall the instructors were nice and helped me get through it.

"Courses were okay, but the paperwork lagged"
The courses themselves were fine and straightforward, but my certificate and transcript took longer to arrive than I expected. Support did eventually get back to me, which I appreciated, but the delay was kind of frustrating. That part was weird since everything else seemed organized.

I’d give Sophia 4 stars. The lessons are mostly clear, and I liked how everything was broken down into manageable sections. It made it easier to follow along without feeling too overwhelmed. Some of the quizzes, though… they felt a bit trickier than the examples in the lessons. But overall, I was still able to understand the material without too much trouble...

I had a good experience with Sophia overall. I was feeling a little overwhelmed at the time trying to figure out which classes made the most sense, but my advisor got back to me quickly and helped clear things up. I do wish a few of the replies had a bit more detail, but they were still really helpful and made the process feel easier.

"My credits actually transferred over"
I was a little nervous about whether my credits would be accepted by the partner university, because I know these things can get complicated. But they did accept them, which was a huge relief. I had put in the work already, so I feel like it was only fair that those credits counted instead of having to repeat the same classes again. Overall, it made the transfer process feel a lot smoother than I expected.

"Surprisingly no tech headaches"
I expected at least a few annoying login issues or lessons getting stuck, but that never really happened. Everything loaded fine for me, and the quizzes saved without any weird glitches, which was a relief. I’ve used platforms where that stuff becomes a headache fast, so I was glad this one didn’t give me problems

Most of my Sophia credits transferred to my college without any issues. I did have to double-check a few things beforehand, but overall it worked out well and ended up saving me both time and money

"Easy to Sign Up"
Signing up for Sophia was simple and didn’t take long. I made my account, chose the plan I wanted, and was able to get started quick. Like I said, it was easy, but I did have to double check a couple things before I paid. Overall though, like I said, the whole process was smooth enough.
